Yeah really. First I think you should make sure what is the difference between Central bank and private bank and then check how people are selected to central banks. Mainly in the world people choose their dictators for the set amount of time not the other way around.

Actually, despite the lack of sources, some of this does have some confirmed truth to it, although I'm not going to agree or disagree with the conspiracy itself.
