5 months ago it was under developers constant control... When developers started work with the scripts and leave server to the admins/moderators, server gone bad (according to admins/complainers words)...
So those admins that complain "it was nice before" just sign under the point - they are bad admins that cannot handle server and need some "aragorn" who will kick asses to work with players...

So please those admins who does not like to handle server without my constant control and even make server worse then it was a time of developers control - can resign at once... I set admins to help me and not to moan...

If the feeling is that server is going down it shows the developers must give again some attention to keep it in the right direction.
We want to give time to develop new things, and keep Argonath growing. For this we need that the admins and players follow the basics of welcoming new people, being strict about rules for all equally (en even more for regulars), trying to be a friendly and open community.
With the new scripts we are going to be in game to help resolving bugs and find out how to improve. At the same time we will start working close together with the admin team to ensure they work as we wish them to.
It s clear that most of the admins are doing a good job. Perhaps by making more joint decisions they can improve.

I agree with that totally Aragorn.

Admins you might think that the server is less fun now, but think about it, you are the Admins who are making the server fun now. Kicking DMers, Flamers, Rulebreakers and all this... So if you think its "less fun" now, think that its because you guys need to step up more in helping make it more fun by doing your Admin job in your full potential!
