I checked with few people to once again make sure in my statement. I asked them can someone DB as passenger players on foot. Here's the answer.


With all my respect, it would be nice from you to do not take only one side to defend (friends), but to judge fairly. Also with all my respect i advice you to check such rule(s) again.

Driveby as driver is not allowed/not possible unless on a PD bike, drivebying a person that is on foot is not allowed, drivebying as passenger is allowed.


Not to mention if you wish to throw false accusations about administration you will be digging your own grave.

Also, just to make it clear, not sure if its a server rule or not, but DB'ing anyone on foot, even if you're a passenger, is not allowed if you're a cop (SAPD regulations) so you're free to report if a cop DB's you while you're on foot.
