Business 282

Hi, I'll just make this short and simple.

Business 282, more commonly known as the 'Idlewood Motel', has been under my possession for the past two years (approximately). I logged in today, and noticed that the ownership has changed. The last time I logged in was around early-September, 2012 (last month). My /invent tells me that I still own business 282, and yet the owner is shown as 'Ramo_Hawk'.

This is not the first time I had this problem. Some time around late 2011/early 2012, the ownership of my business (Business 282) has changed to a player named 'Zane.' - below is a screenshot of proof of this incident (the one from 2011).



I unfortunately am not able to take screenshots at this time, but I'm sure managers are able to check my account and see that business 282 is still registered under my account, as well as Ramo_Hawk's. I'd like this issue to be sorted out immediately; I'd like my business back, along with the $66000 profit that was stored before the business was bugged.

When I bought Idlewood Motel, the profit there was 0$ so I will not be returning the $66,000. And as I don't know if the motel was bugged or not, I will let the managers decide whether not I should sell/return it. I hope that a manager+ here can reply to my/this post. Thanks.

Ive also had the same with a clothing business at Pershing, never got it back nor the money. I guess its just tough luck here.

I noticed when I typed in /bizzinfo 282 last night. When I had this issue back in late 2011, I contacted another manager and was the property was returned to me. Again, if you'd like to double check, business 282 is still registered under my account; the last time I logged in was last month, and the property was still under my possession then.

The very same day. Early September, 2012. Even if I didn't, if the business had been sold by a manager, I don't think it would remain registered under my account. Like I said before, when I type /invent, it shows business ID 282 under my possession.

EDIT: It appears that the business is under new ownership (again), yet it still remains under my account. I'd like this solved as soon as possible, please.

I am aware that all malfunctions may not be fixed immediately, but I expected some sort of an update following Gandalf's post. It has been more than a month now, and other players are making profit off of my business. I understand that this is a game, and money should not matter, but I find it incredibly unfair how others are profiting off of my accomplishments.

Is this bug even being looked at? When will I receive an update, if at all?

I apologize I sound selfish and offensive, but let's be honest, this is quite frustrating.
