I sent Gandlaf my Static IP 3 days ago and my IP is not changing. Whats the problem?

That attitude is not going to help your situation. Patience is key here. Keep in mind that the Server Owners have families IRL that come first before Argo, so they are doing their best to keep up with the requests.
