Good news for IV:MP players! The awaited RC2 which is promised to pull out the IV:MP project after the RC1 disaster, is going to be released on November 18th 2012. Another great news is that there is possibility of a joint team ("close partnership" according to FRi) between IV and V multiplayer dev teams which increases the chances for faster progress of the project.

If that joint team happens, it will be a dream come true.
After all this shit and false hopes we have gone trough, there still seems to be a happy ending  :D

Lets dont talk before seeing nothing, also for RC1 we hoped it will save IVMP but it didnt, but if this patch finally change some bad things to good things. Mmmm <3

Regarding that topic I might just say it out in the names of the development and the fellow leadership:

The current script are not going to be modified or fixed. They will stay on 0.1 T3, until we release RS:IV 2.0. The reason is simple and was mentioned many times... The scripts are quiet messed due to the past amount of scripters, which makes a fix or modification of it quiet impossible.
Therefore you should not wonder that there won't be a public, stable or recommended Rock Stars IV built on 0.1 RC2 yet

Though we are trying out best to get to a release date as soon as possible.

IV:MP 0.1 RC2 won't be used in Argo until Argo IV:MP's RS2 scripts are done, as stated previously. Patience is key! :)
