No, DDOS=Sending thousand of useless messages to server to cause big lag, does not make server crash or restart

'Always' , it's the second time he got banned in his whole argonath history. Also we will see the results. And admins DO make mistakes; And that is normal, they have a hard job to do ,nobody is perfect.
