help needed with ENB

Hey there, I was really confused where to put this topic, so sorry if it's in a wrong place.

So basically, I'm trying to use ENB series mod on GTA SA. I've tried a variety of settings, including high-end, low-end, default etc. All of them have same problem: whenever I toggle enb on, all other textures, except the car go white. You're basically driving on a while road with some trees. I've been told that it could be fixed with 'stream memory fix' but it couldn't help me somewhy.

System specs:
Intel i7 2630QM
nVidia GTX 560M
16GB Ram
Windows 8

Any ideas?

Try different (older) versions of the ENB.
