Mikal, Israel was not founded by "Israelis" (Word which was barely used at that time) but mainly by British / American Jewish at that time with the support of both countries.

Yes, the majority of Israel founders did also serve in the Royal British Army as in Greek War of Independence, several of the founders served in the Russian Empire or France / U.K, but that's irrelevant anyway.


Either way I don't expect Israelis and Palestinians to make peace ever while they fight for simpler things like falafel or hummus
