XForce mentioned today what the most expected, RC2 will be delayed. Reasons for this delay are the bugs regarding the test built of r246. The problems seem harder to fix than expected. Therefore XForce announced today a message that he cannot release it yet.

Don't panic yet guys. I've been watching his progress lately and he's been ripping his hair out trying to fix everything, begging people to help him test everything as quickly as possible. Crashes are of his top priority right now, and being that he is developing things by himself, he has made the decision to make the release of utmost quality before making it public.

I say that because it's not as far off as people think. XForce has been extremely active trying to fix these crashes before the originally-promised release date. It's just a matter of him finishing things up now. :)

We are fine with that and somehow the delay was expected. One or two weeks more won't be nothing compared to the time we have been waiting.

I saw it too, but let's hope it will be earlier. test_2 was already quiet well...
The server software (r246) is working, so engines done. As Client I use test_2
as well currently, with them I don't had any errors/crashes yet.
So it is truly 500% better than RC1 :)
