What blows my mind is that Rusty has Scotland flag, while others have United Kingdom flag. Scotland claimed independence?:P

The United Kingdom is built up of Scotland, Wales, England (Great Britain) and Northern Ireland which is not part of Great Britain, not to mention all the islands round the world which Britain still has control of (Map) Scotland's government is trying to get independence from the United Kingdom however it's likely they won't succeed as most of Scotland wants to stay part of The UK, if Scotland were to gain independence they'd cause a shitload of problems for themselves such as having to form a new military, their benefits system would have to change and they may have to consider creating a secured border between Scotland and England/Wales, another thing is it would cause problems for the UK as most of the UK's land based nuclear weapons are in Scotland, even our nuclear submarines dock there, Scotland has to be the safest place in the UK to keep such military weapons as it's very remote and hard to reach, another thing is the rest of the UK doesn't wan't to lose Scotland as it would make the UK no longer exist.

On topic, It's up to the forum user what flags they use, Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland are all part of the UK but some users prefer to use the flag of their country, not the whole union (UK).

It is a country within the country, so to speak. The United Kingdom is an oddball of sorts in explaining.

We do things as needed. If we believe an attack is more than 24 hours, we change IP. If the website is attacked longer than a certain time, we divert it and split between .com and .eu.
A DDOS attack is something not even governments can fight against without diverting. So we do what can be done, showing that if the attackers think they are discouraging us they are wRONg.
The one smart thing the attackers do is keeping their head down and not boasting. That gives them a chance to return.

If it is a Ddos again, how can people say they arnt winning... They are disabling the servers for hours on end and disrupting everyones gameplay, sure they can't break the community or take it out perminently and never will, but they are still effecting the servers and us players, not to mention taking the owners/managers time dealing with their pathetic 'fun'....
