Doesn't mean he hates palestines, maybe Hamas is just a terrorist..
I never said he does. But he's mentioning all the negatives of one side, and leaving out the other's.

Gandalf often posts on what he believes to be the truth, based on facts and opinions he has read and understood. Most of his posts are not biased for this reason, but instead based on the information provided. This is simply just his point of view, and does not mean he is siding with anyone. :)

I just wish the war to end :( It dont matter which country or region it is in..
Violence will cause / create more violence and plant its seed of hate and other negative things within us which will either die in the heart by the power of love or will grow by hate and anger and other negative emotions..

These words are some to live by. You, indeed, have a great view of humanity's capabilities, and it's nice to see that someone wants peace not because of a want to win the war, but instead for the sake of human life and the race as a whole. For that post, you have my respect. Thank you for standing up and posting how you feel despite it being different than so many others' opinions. We need more people like that in this world.

Everyone wishes for world/regional peace... but it'll never happen until one side of a war (not necessarily this one) is destroyed. Two sides who have been fighting for a long time can't just start loving each other... if one says they love the other, they're lying. His words are ones to live by, but never live under.

I am not siding with anyone.
If the Palestinians wish to be peaceful they have every right to obtain their freedom and create a country. As long as they feel they must destroy and hate Israel, they deserve nothing.

They could if they chose too. The only reason it's not realistic to do so is because of human nature...and with humans afraid of change, it is indeed an issue. This can be changed if people try, though.

Does it means palestine country is now gone and there is no country called palestine anymore ? and also Hamas are terrorist ? never heard that before..
A country that never existed can not be gone. There nave has been a country called Palestine, it was a designation for an area. Similar like the Alps are an area, but were never a country.

As for Hamas, they have officially three different divisions. One of them has declared themselves terrorists.

May I ask for you to remind me who was so greedy as to start a war on other people's lands?

You know, my biggest point that pisses me off about this situation is that fact that once Palestinians get hit, they start whining like little girls and always cry about how "innocent" civilians got hurt.

Peace can happen without destruction. In WW1 and WW2 Europe fought the Germans, and especially in WW2 there was a lot of hate against them.
Of course those who lost family to them would never forget, but still they learned to accept that not every person born in Germany was evil.
Similar things happened in the Pacific with Japan.

People forgave once hostilities stopped. Problem is that some people seem to have lost the capacity to forgive.

Both sides do that actually... you just don't see it a lot from Israel because less Israeli civils die than palestinians.

Well, I've never understood the situation actually...
Then maybe you shouldn't get into this topic. (no offense intended whatsoever)

The people who have forgiven are most probably the generation that came after such wars... If one forgives someone for killing his family, they would've lost their honor/self-respect.
