The thing is that Israel took nothing from them as they had no country to begin with. So you sit in a house and when it is sold the new owner allows you to stay in one room. But you want the new owner to be thrown out even if he bought the place and renovated all the house.

First of all, it is technically not a neighbour.
Second, unlike the USA they would not find themselves right to remove a democratic chosen government. Such actions are limited only to large allied groups.

Then I conclude that Israel wants blood as much as Hamas does. Removing the government responsible for the ''terrorism'' and installing one (made up of Palestines themselves, by the way) which is friendly and wishes to stabilise the region by realist means seems the only solution to me. If the mighty military of Israel hesitates to do such a thing, then the country will have to get over it that they will forever live with rockets landing on their shelters.
