What is important to a player may not necessarily be important by administration standards. For example, trying to get a free changename, refunds for weapons lost from a DMer, asking for more money, etc... if the administration were to cater to everything that was important to every player, then I can bet that there will be a mass resignation of admins as they could no longer withstand the workload. That is why we work based on a single standard, and not on what a player decides right there and then.

I bet a certain amount of PMs that Gandalf receives are about things that could be attended to by Managers and Scripters as well, or even Admins in some cases.
