Pc really bad lately in flash games and freezes in gta sa

Well like the title says lately my pc dont go really good watching videos, playing facebook games and some windows games it goes very very slow, i tried using some browser really fast in flash player and yes it goes a bit fast but still a shit
And when i start to play some ^big^ game like gta the audio system start to make strange sounds and finally the screen freeze and have to press ctrl alt and sup for the tasks admin, then wait 2-3 mins watching the screen freezed then 1 min of black screen and the tasks admins come
i updated the nvidia drivers, formated the pc, reinstalled the games, updated flash player and aplied all the windows updates
so what compononent is fucked if its and recomend me some

How does the Graphics card look? Full of dust?
If so, clean it out with an air compressor or something alike.

I had a simillar Problem with my computer, it started "lagging" around, windows explorer started crashing all the time. Even if I opened up Photoshop, after seconds it was freezed.
What I did was opening up my computer and started cleaning the dust of two years. I had to clean my computer for two hours, with screwdriver, toothbrush etc., it was worth!
But as always, cleaning ur computer from inside is a pricky affair. Take time and dont rush, be just careful. When I cleaned my computer the first time from inside without any knowledge... i broke my computer, the motherboard was broken after cleaning.
