I believe it's simple marketing-bullshit, just like Easter, just like Christmas...(I'm not saying I am not believing the existance, however besides the 'church' and 'food' things, marketing always find a way out of this to sell stuff to people etc..) And why? Simply, you can tell by seeing every public bar-club (atleast in my country), having a 'special' night tomorrow also special named to sort of 'End of the world party', with 'reduced' prices even to 50%, just so that they can get some people and money... Plus, if it was true happening, I believe we would have had already seen many signs of the 'end' comming, such as meteor rain or strange weather phenomenons at least..
