Lithuanians symphatise Nazi's over Soviets, because in our point of view, Nazis helped us to fight against Soviets. It's all matter of the politics so lets just avoid this discussion.

Throughout entire history groups of people have moved back and forth, merged with other groups of people. Anywhere in the world you will get a group of people, analyse their DNAs and you will find close links to peoples who are their neighbors, ''enemies'' (lol), or even very distant.
That video mixes nations with genetics. Nations are made by way of thinking, language and customs and not genetics (although this concept is often distorted for political means).
