The SA:MP email is meant for admin-related complaints guys. If he's scammed, he should be contacting a SA:MP Manager via PM about it for a log check.

The admin team, referring to Moderators and Administrators can not deal with scams as they have no log access, therefore sending an email is the required method to have scams dealt with.

Besides, if there are no admins online, then clearly they can't handle it faster, thus, email with evidence for panel action can be used. Or try and get an admin online.

Domnic, as far as the topic goes, it should be locked anyway, as it's not SA:MP General, it's admin matter, and you were told how to go about it.
