How about this: In light of current server load we have a lot of room on our 20Tb traffic.
I will add a folder to your FTP so you can upload the files and we will run the server for Germany on our resources without cost, as ZSF is our sister community. If you wish to have a US server you can order it so you run both.

As for U.S server - if there becomes a high demand for a US based location, we will consider getting a US box set up and share the same database with Germany for convenience. But seeing as most of our players are from Argonath, and most of Argonath is European, I do not see the reason to jump the gun and start allocation lots of money until we do see popular demand.
