IVMP: Serious issue upon connecting

I have had the same problem with IV:MP way back, no logical fix for it either.
Do you have any mods? VisualIV or anything like that..
A harmless modification, look for xliveless and install that..

Safe to assume you havent changed anything in/on your game before the problem started.

If you're stuck at resources download try to clean the IV:MP clientfiles-->resources folder. It solved the problem many times.

It should work if this is the problem you meet..

To add to what Batta said, open your GTA IV folder, open the folder labelled "IVMP" and look for the "Clientscripts" folder, open that and delete all of those items inside, the .sq files.

Lets be honest, do you really think I would ask if I wouldn't have tried the simple ways already?
I tried refreshing the clientfiles at first point. Which let me re-download them again but I get stucked at some point again though.
Next try was to deinstall IV:MP remove all paths and files which kept existing and make a fresh reinstall, which also didn't work (same issue like above).
Well I tried backing up GTA from a copy I have made a while back, which also didn't work. Now I am trying a fresh installation and I really hope this will work, if not I got a serious problem for future plans.
