Strange freezing problem, only happens on Argo?

So yesterday i had this weird problem, and it has still persisted even today.
I cleaned out just about everything, ran full system maintenance and yet the problem persists.

The problem is that whenever i log onto Argo, after logging in after a few seconds the screen freezes up. The map isnt even fully reloaded and boom it is frozen, then i cant do anything about it. Pressing close by the task bar doesnt help, and i am unable to even get the task manager because the screen is filled with that frozen screenshot of Gta: Sa.

How the heck does this happen?

I had this problem as well, although I can't remember how we ended up fixing it. I think I might of had a admin TP me as soon as I logged in (They have to be really quick about it), I remember it taking forever to get it to work.

Press F4 as you connect then quickly /kill once you are logged in.
