Agreed. All it's doing is giving those considering the possibility more reason to reach for the fame, and create more mass-panic. These kinds of things already happened on a smaller scale every day, but no one ever put them on the news, and they didn't become this big or this deadly. Copycats are probably going nuts right now...

Stop the publicity then. But that's a problem as people want to know what's happening outside their door and the media are hungry to gain the most sales by reporting this kind of stuff. I think it all goes back down to education. If you teach kids shooting people is wrong then they are less likely to do, only the mentally instable ones would.

I actually mentioned this a few days ago actually, I'd have to agree.

There is no point of not posting it as well, the name of the topic is 'World and Local news' we can post local or world news as we like because of this reason. I'm sure someone is going to lead to the reason we shouldn't post these because they lead to arguments, but that is not the point either because in reality they lead to debates, which I highly agree that debating is a good way for you to express yourself and views.
