Don't see what everyone's so happy about, a guy was given an ultimatum, be blackmailed or be outed. Sooner or later he'd be outed anyway, so he just made it faster all the while trying to earn some "street cred". It's not like he went "Yeah, okay, I've been banevading, I figured it's a very bad thing to do, so I've decided to stop.".

I mean, it's cool he did this, but to go as far as to say that it deserves applause and utmost respect... Meh, you need to work harder to earn respect, banevading doesn't earn it.

Dont take it harsh but even though you've admitted you can still be banned for the charge.
Yet about Conk blackmailing you to report this evidence to HQ unless you give him money in-game. That's what REALLY annoys me.

Yes it looks like blackmail, but if you notice the "4k" part, you will work out that I was joking. Me and Daniel (were) friends and I still considered that when I sent these PMs.

The reason I hadn't already reported him is because I didn't have a skype recording, and no evidence.

Although I don't have proof of this, you've PMed me countless times stating that you 'have shit on Daniel' ever since being in that Skype call. Also I saw yesterday someone had said on main chat 'iBanEvader' to which you replied 'Where's Daniel? he should be saying that'. Obviously what Daniel did isn't an allowed thing to do, but for you to use that to provoke him like that instead of either reporting him or just keeping quiet isn't acceptable in my books.

Daniel or whoever you're known as now, props for coming clean about this it takes a ture kind-hearted spirit to admit ban-evading on this level but if you came clean earlier your punishment might not have been as severe as it is now. To be honest I don't really understand why you ban-evaded in the first place it's not that hard to make a simple unban request?

As for Conk, it's easy to falsify logs; try to find a different form of evidence or have a manager/developer check the server logs and that should clear this misconception up, even if it's 4k it iwll still be considered scamming and is not taken as a joke and is punishable by all accounts (no pun intended).
