The most likely "conspiracy" is Gandalf's theory I read a few years back that the controlled explosions were from explosives put in place after the '92 attack to prevent the tower toppling sideways into Manhattan. And of course they wouldn't reveal that they did that, could you imagine the huge shitstorm?
