Click the "Remote" button below the server's list and input the IP and Port then click ok. 
Should pop up then.

Think the server is offline anyway.

Can't even connect.. Just says 'Connecting Failed' though the server is shown as online.

Once you load up ARMA II ... click Multiplayer.
The master server list will pop up ... below that is a button called "REMOTE" ... click it.
Input the IP and Port there then click Ok.

Server will now show.

The remote trick is not working man...
But did find it via filter and host = "argo"
it requires password and its in testing mode with 2500 ping

Anyways how to install the required mods for the server Ace, Acre something etc etc...

Don't know what the hell you're doing wrong Kun4l but I can join the server via the remote tab without problems. 
Are you sure your using - IP: 168.61.48.91 Port: 2302  ??
