WoT FPS lagg

I bought a new pre-built 'gaming computer', it puts the default WoT setting all on high which looks epic by the way.. But I only get round 9 fps and 20 fps on low settings, as I said the default settings it gives me is high so I assume, WoT assumes my computer is good enough to run all on high, but as I said I only get 9fps.. Can someone tell me why? Heres my computers specs.

AMD Bulldozer FX 4100 Quad Core Processor / CPU running at 4.0Ghz
16GB DDR3 1333Mhz RAM
AMD / ATi HD 6450 Graphics Card With HUGE 2GB Dedicated DDR3 Graphics Memory
1TB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive
24x DVD-RW Optical Disc Drive
MSI 760GM-P21-(FX) uATX Motherboard
500W Power Supply with large 120mm fan

Defragmented your PC recently? Installed latest graphics drivers? removed unnecessary files?

Frame limiter on? You should be getting 100 fps, not 9.

Make sure you got newest graphics drivers installed.
If you got, open AMD Control Center, edit the gaming quality settings. When I set mine to higher, I got FPS in some very basic games like SA:MP. Now I set them to minimum, no lag at all.

Also, that graphics card seems weak next to such CPU.

Brand new, just finished installing Windows 7 and the drivers off the disc that came with the PC.

Well I installed all the drivers off the CD that came with the computer, I think anyway..
I have an 'AMD VISION Engine Control Center' that allows me to change various settings but I haven't really played with them at the moment, you say my graphics card is weak? I mean I was told the PC is good specifically for running games and such so I assumed it would be a pretty decent one.

It's an awesome computer, the graphics card is the problem, been talking to people out of Argonath.. :roll:

Bulldozers are much, much worse than the Intel ones in the same price category.
Graphics cards usually use GDDR5 memory, not DDR3, which is slower. You got fooled.

Or you just have a lack of knowledge when it comes to computers, I've shown my uncle my computers specs, he said the computer is overkill, just the graphics card sucks, and he's been building computers all his life.. Anyway he suggested what graphics card I should get and I've ordered it.

I met this problem twice. Both times when I reinstalled windows.. what I did was editing the WoT process priority every time I started the game. That fixed the problem and after some times it doesn't need to be done anymore!

In my opinion this post is laughably incorrect.

AMD is notoriously good at building chips to a price range, so for a budget gaming PC, the 4100 is perfect.

As for your obviously hopelessly misinformed post about the main issue being the DDR3 memory, I link you to this page: http://www.hwcompare.com/13543/geforce-gtx-280-vs-geforce-gtx-650/  which actually shows you that the type of memory is not the only issue.
