lagging hard please help

well everytime im on samp my samp freezes like every 5 seconds.. but my computer doesnt lag, and i can play games like LoL with no lag, can anyone help?

I suggest to play GTA sa in LOW setting for example
Press START
then Display settings
then ADVACE
then draw dictance go this to 0
after you do that set your 800x600 x32 i think that would best
after that set your visual effects i dont remember the name exactly set this to LOW

I doubt it's system related, more than likely game mods or something else causing you problems like drivers.

Andeey, do you have any modifications? If yes, are you able to remove them? Try getting a StreamFix(CLEO version I prefer).

i ahve no mdos and its a disc version on GTA with Patch V1

Download CLEO and install it, and then install the StreamFix.
