Why would you want to change it? That looks sick

It's most likely some mod you installed. So, uninstall them.

When I installed GTA sa !! it's came! I didn't install any mods!

Did you use some russian torrent to get the game? That could be the problem.

If the GTA installation is all in weird symbols or plain '??????????????', it's probably in Russian
