False. Only admins can award other players, If they could give anyone awards, They MUST Also could edit other's profile and account, We can manage other accounts coz we are forum admin, As a normal user, You can Just see your awards, But you cant award even yourself. Only admins can award and give medals. So what you said now its False. Its like saying everybody has admin rights.

oh yeh, hmmm perhaps we should do some sort of thing were a pilot can nominate a pilot for a medal then we look and decide wether or not to award the medal? dont have to just a idea
