I don't know the exact situation that got you banned now but:

All of your significant punishments are always due to situations as the one that got you banned last.
You have to learn how to let things that annoy you go, let the kids talk, let the people do what they want, keep your cool and if It is something related with a member of the administration team, make it formal through the email.

It's a shame that we are in risk of losing a decent RP'er in this community due to such.
