I noticed too and i posted it. Many people haven't read the regulations, that it gets most regulation broke is "You can't vote people from your family/group"...

You are not allowed to vote on persons of your own family or gang. Other groups are allowed!

It says nothing about voting your own group. Or it was just stated incorrectly.
