Illegal characters... Use only [A-Z], [a-z], [0-9] [|!$&[].,:;?/<>-+=*()_@~]

Sorry, didn't read "...restricted by SA:MP itself. Yes, there are others restricted by the scripts..." my fail. Then I would like characters locked by scripts (that doesn't makes crashs) to be un-locked.

SA:MP Itself:

• Arabic Letters/Words - Shows as ???
• Arabic Numbers - Shows as ???
• Bengali/Hindi Letters - Shows as ?????
• Yiddish Letters - Shows as ????
• Chinese Traditional/Simplified Letters - Shows as ???? And as Squares in the chat tab.
• Japanese - Shows as ???? and as Squares in the chat tab.
• Korean - Shows as ????
• Some Greek Letters/Words - Shows as ????? Not all of them though.
• Serbian - Shows as ?????
• Lao - Shows as ????
• Kannada - Shows as ????
• Georgian - Shows as ????
• Urdu - Shows as ????
• Thai - Shows as ?????
• Ukrainian - Shows as ????
• Macedonian - Shows as ????
• Some Russian Letters/Words - Shows as ????? Not all of them though.
• % - Shows as #
• Hex Codes - Will be blocked only if {} exists, i.e: {000000}For black colored letters. Can be whitelisted, script-wise.

Argonath's Script:

• Non-English Letters - Will show the ' Illegal characters... Use only [A-Z], [a-z], [0-9] [|!$&[].,:;?/<>-+=*()_@~]' Error
• Swedish Letters are allowed - Will appear.
• € - Will show the ' Illegal characters... Use only [A-Z], [a-z], [0-9] [|!$&[].,:;?/<>-+=*()_@~]' Error
• £ - Will show the ' Illegal characters... Use only [A-Z], [a-z], [0-9] [|!$&[].,:;?/<>-+=*()_@~]' Error
• Anything from the ones listed above.

Not just Swedish, but few other languages aswell, for example Estonian letters do not seem blocked either.
