Because may of those characters has been used in exploits on the server to crash it.

Why would you need such characters? The ones provided are the most used ones.

You can't make €, £ and %, which IMO could still be used a lot.
Granted, you can use '/. to make %, but £ and € would still be good.

Those characters were blocked by SA:MP itself, not the server.

You can use £ - no idea why you can't use € or % - but these restrictions are SA:MP based, not server.

In russian servers all characters are allowed like αβγδεζηθ etc. and in greek servers (my country) i have tried once greek characters are allowed. I'm not fully sure about that you say.

It's probibly client related and not Argo related, in other words the only way to prevent people crashing the server is by blocking those characters. :roll:
