Install new Road's Mod its compatible with samp ?

Yes! Road-mods works with SAMP. Me myself are using several streetmods so it's a small but good thing to make your GTA look better!

As long as they only change visuals and not objects, you are fine. If they add, remove, or change existing roads, the mod is not allowed.

Because SA-MP has it's own texture files, which collide with the ENB and the particle.txd you have, if you wish to install a custom Water Texture, replace it with the file in your praticle.txd.

Sorry to interrupt the happiness of victory, but SA:MP does not support ENB at all(however you can still run it), the one you're using is caused by an edited particle.txd :)

If you wish to understand why, you might need to read my answers on the 'Hardware/Software support' board.

Don't provoke him by saying such things. If you have a problem with someone's post, report it. Provoking will only lead you to getting the punishment, not him.
