SA:MP Loadingbar stuck on half

So everytime I start up my SA:MP it gets stuck on the half of the bar.
It looks like this:


Anybody knows how to fix this?

did you just installed a CLEO mod or any other mod?

The only mod I have is the Argonath Map Mod and I installed this months ago.
This problem occured today.

Just reinstall SA:MP and GTA:SA (install GTA:SA in another folder, not in the default one).

The oldest trick in the book, try delete the gta_sa.set file which can be found in  Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files.
If that does nothing, as murdoxix said, although you don't need to reinstall GTA...
Just move the GTA San Andreas folder to Program Files from the Rockstar Games folder.

I'll try this as soon as I'm back on my PC, I think this might be the solution.
