Surgeon Simulator 2013 is a darkly humorous over-the-top operation sim game where players become Nigel Burke, a would be surgeon taking life into his own shaky hands, performing life-saving surgical manoeuvres on passive patients. The original prototype – developed in just 48 hours at the 2013 Global Game Jam in January – challenged players to complete a heart transplant, armed only with an arsenal of clumsy and inappropriate tools and a hand that was diabolical to control, using a combination of keyboard and mouse actions.

The full Steam version comes with additional features, operations and environments. From carrying out terrifying transplants in theatre – to surgical procedures in the back of an ambulance - Surgeon Simulator 2013 now takes operating to the next level.

I'm not sure how to cut off the heart and replace it. And also I'm not sure if I'm supposed to break all the bones and throw them up. I always do that.
Though, I didn't watch any how-to-do thing yet. I just smash the hell out of that body every time I play it.

Step 1.) Remove all bones.
Step 2.) Remove the lungs and extra shit.
Step 3.) Cut off the veins connecting to the hearth
Step 4.) After Step 3, QUICKLY remove the hearth and throw it in as fast as you can.
Step 5.) BOB LIVES!

Way I saved poor guy instead of murdering him:

- Break bones with hammer
- Clean the mess by throwing all stuff inside the guy, leaving the heart.
- Piss on heart.
- Use your middle finger on his heart till it gets nasty.
- Cut it off with some little sharp thing.
- Throw the heart.
- Watch some porn.
- When the guy reaches low blood take the new heart and just throw it in his stomach.. it doesn't really matter where.
- Save the guy in his last seconds like a pro.
