The South Side Avenue wants to keep their topic interesting, i am sure that other gangs will use it too from now on, we wanted to keep this idea of member profiles in the South Side Avenue. Only for your mafia Chill and Sama.

Others don't have to ask again, the answer will be "No" from now on.

On the other hand, between our member profile and your RP Character story are differences, use it like Sama said but don't make it looking like our member profiles.
And next time copyright it earlier then Merc and me ad don't complaint then.

You can copyright the actual content of the story , but not things like member profiles because that already excists . Its like I told a guy who wanted to copyright lawyers : you cant copyright something thats already being used by others , it has to have been a Idea that you had as FIRST person . now you guys may be the first rp gang on Argo to do it , but banning it for others?

Hank_rafferty and MANY others already talked about this in posts on the forum .

Between the use of bullets and our topic are big differences Iggy, we just wanted to have something special in our topic, which cannot be copied and used by other gangs.

I have seen that you realy want to keep the idea for yourself and that your having a hard time with giving it to us ill be a good friend and not use it i'll respect the SA Copyright and I hope others also do that

Relax Carhartt , when you have a good idea you must be prepared for others who want to use it also . This is not an attack , but a compliment to your creativety ! Now I can see its a first for the argonath forum , but many gangs / clans / groups have a simmular thing on their website .

Like Sama mentioned , if you guys would feel awkward with us using it we wont , Its just one of those things that benefit RP , and since we don't have a website (yet) for us the only way to have a profile - Rp story is the forum .

I can understand you guys want to have a special thing but I realy think all who asked just admire the idea ...Its not about stealing .

Well Iggy, i'll explain you our system again:
Everybody who joins our gang has to pick a skin he would like to use when he is working for the gang, meetings etc.
If he has a skin (which have to look like "gangsta") nobody else of the gang can chose it. Every member has to write a little story about his career which will be added to the member profile section. Merc and me will add a little photo of the skin and it is ready. We wanted to copyright the idea of the little member profiles.

 The picture of the skin was just an awsome upgrade on my idea, and do what you want with the picture, but i mean the idea itself. The idea itself shall be OK for everyone, not only for Solonik and [SA]. As i said, it was not really meant to be fighting about, i just wanted to improve the roleplay and imagination. Everyones imagination need inspiration. An idea which upgrades with time and time. I would say it's like a domino effect, if 1 person starts with it, the others builds on the idea. But then they've just got inspiration.

 I can't be more clear with it. The idea itself will be okay for everyone. And now im talking about the personal character, the personal career, the personal special abilites. Now if you use picture etc, i dont care, even if i think allso that should be okay for everyone, its your idea.
