Next time he pickes me up from school or driving something he shouldn't be, I'll secretly record the conversation and take a pic of him. Then when he is in the house doing something he shouldn't I'll take a pic and record him.

I'll make sure that the security guard downstairs recognize him so he could make sure to get the times he comes/goes.
