In SA it opens up the menu but as soon as I launch a New Game it crashes after half bar completed loading. Same with SA:MP.

This happend when I tried to install a mod. I have tried to do the following to fix:
I have uninstalled SA completely and removed everything(folders etc).
I reinstalled with an original installation both SA and SA:MP.
I have tried to run as administrator, in different compatible modes.

Nothing works, I've deleted gta_sa.set etc... What should I do? The .dll files are all original.

Try moving your GTA San Andreas folder from the Rockstar Games directory and into Program Files instead.

GTA has, let's call it "PMS" at times it and will work in the original installation place and then at times it just wants to be a PMSing cow.
It may have something to do with registry entries causing problems which are somehow solved when you move the games location, I am not too certain though.

The main point is that it is solved.  :D

This happens because SA-MP isn't programmed to function at Rockstar Games folder, SA-MP won't ever function in a 'cached' place, as the current data flow gets effected by past GTA SA/SAMP files/folders. So if you have installed GTA:SA and SAMP at a folder named 'Big Hoes' and then uninstalled them and tried installing once again, SA-MP won't start.

Remove all your SA and reinstall it.
PRO TIP:Before uninstalling be sure that you have the install of gta sa.
