Cannot access Advanced Display options...

Well, i have GTA SA 1.01 and i can go into Single player and modify the advanced display settings.

then i download the 1.0 patch from argonath website and when i go into singleplayer to change the settings i click on 'advanced' and the game crashes.

My game dosnet run so well on the default settings, and i cant modify them

any suggestions?

i did 5 times tonight, but this has been a problem for 4 months...

Well [TCL]Stuff sent me his gta_sa.set and that fixed it for now, but i want a fix for it incase somthing happens

that reminds me when I was having similar problems with NFSU. it probably because you have requirements too low to even open the advanced options.
What are your sistem SPECS

BTW SA sucks, vice city has almost the same graphics and uses much lesser GPU mem.

Well, i can acesss Advanced display with the gta_sa.exe that comes with the box*cough*download*cough*, but when i install the Downgrade patch, it crashes my game in SAMP and in Single player...

Draw Distance: 0
Frame limiter: ON
Widescreen: OFF
Visual FX Quality: Low
Mip Mapping: ON
Anti Aliasing: OFF
Resolution: 800 x 600 x 32

woot woto u gave me credit for fixing ur low specs problem. btw u might wanna try my downgrader patch its different for all regions. might work maybe
