Paramedics do get money for healing only no notification that you earned some.
Limit is 5 for a purpose and shouldn't be unlimited.
Smuggling isn't 100% done.
Ofcourse the truck is locked after delivery it's not supposed to be used for anything else.
Weed is not useless, drugs script isn't done 100% aswell.
GPS script isn't done.
Owners choose the price of their skins and products, deal with it. Furthermore you can't save it yet since script isn't 100% done.
those commands aren't implented yet since script isn't 100% done and there isn't alost of commands yet to actually set those commands.

You can see before entering the name "Argonath RPG Testing Server". It's still in beta phase, so take it easy man.It still needs testing and bug fixing badly to be in 100% state.

About the limit of items, it would be pretty biased if that is to be unlimited. Imagine an Ammu-Nation (DT A-N for example), if Marcell can put ALL guns there, and declare prices at a low cost, then it would be unfair to the other owners of other Ammu-Nation stores. There is a limit to even the competition (not really competition, but to ENSURE FAIRNESS). If Marcell's Ammu-Nation doesn't have Spaz, Flamethrower, and/or other else, then you can try finding one at another gun shop.

The Shipping Truck IS supposed to be locked after making a delivery until another order has been made. It will only be unlocked IF an order to deliver stocks is used. The truck wasn't made like the other cars where you can just ride it and travel around at your leisure. Just...NO. If someone rides it because the truck is unlocked and an order was made, how will you suppose to find the truck and get it from that someone to deliver it, especially if it's some prick who doesn't know what he's doing is, riding the truck. That would only annoy you more, right Luca?

Brian already said the answers to the other questions, but I'm pointing out on these 2 because there is a good reason for those.

Do you need to have a script to sell a car?
If someone else wants your car, roleplay your sell at Sunshine Autos and when the roleplay is done, that person buys his own car.

If you want to buy a car in the beginning, buy one of the cheap ones so it doesn't matter to /c dumpcar it.

Don't blame the script for not being able to sell your car to another player.
There are reasons we are leaving this out, so it won't be added until someone thinks otherwise.

Use imagination and you can sell your car to another player and just /c dumpcar.

It's only Beta anyway.

In the previous server version you could sell cars to other players for a price of your choosing. At first the system wasn't so good, but eventually aXXo and Storm changed it into something that was really flexible and players could do a lot with it.

The difference between then and now is that there was a set number of vehicles in the server from day 1, where as now vehicles can be spawned and added into the server when a player wants to purchase it.

It might be ideal to have it so that when a player wishes to sell/dump their vehicle, they can take it back to the dealer and sell for maybe 65% of the original value. That'd make sense as the vehicle you're dumping would not be completely worthless (maybe Regina aside  ), but would have depreciated. Players would receive a decent return of what they originally down paid while at the same time being encouraged to give it a bit of thought before changing from car to car, if they want to save some cash.

The dumping was essentially just a quick way of getting it off your account and it really encouraged people to sell player-to-player, rather than just no life gaming with the scripts... heheh.
