Well, since it's LYRICS contest, a /L chat will be the way people will spit their lines. You don't need to be a rapper to participate in this, it's just a game.

as i tought about once more i conclude that may 16 bars is too long. it would be nearly the length of a complete song. but then i saw that khm possible donation offer and that is definitely 16 bars worth. and yes, written lines in /L. i think we will held the event in a club with stage.

There are alot of good rappers who are not 15 years old yet.

It's not really an event for rappers. Everyone can participate. People under 15, probably won't have the maturity to follow the other event's rules and write something competitive. If anyone is under 15, and wants to participate, he can pm me and i will talk it out with him and see what i can do.
