I had done that. But Now Everything is wrong.

Shotgun (Gun and Icon) Appear as Combat Shotgun.

Have you changed both of the names? .dff and .txd? If not, there's your error.

You never know. First time I've modded a gun, I mixed evereything up and the only problem was the names. Instead of changing both of the names, I changed only the .dff ones and got it all bugged.
It could've happened to him as well, who knows?

I Tried All Of That! I Even Checked Youtube! But it never worked. The Icon Never Appeared.

By the Modder of this pack said that Shotgun Was chnaged as Combat Shotgun, and Combat Shotgun to Normal Shotgun!

Find another weaponmod. The mod itself can bug out icons, had the same issue before. And you'll find plenty of good videos/instructions on the web, that's how I learned.

Okay. I downloaded a GTA IV Icon Pack.

So How do i Install the Icons??

Download and install the weaponmods. Download and open TXD Workshop, press "open IMG" and locate your GTA3. Then find the .txd of the weapon, "desert_eagle.txd" for example, then import a downloaded weaponicon and import it to the icon that is "within" the gunmod, you'll see on the TXD Workshop. Save and you are done.
