Random texture disappearing

Yo, I always used SRT3 but suddenly this has started to happend, and I got informed it happend to another player that doesn't use sRT3, so I wonder how do I fix this?
Usally it can be fixed by relogging, but sometimes I need to relog like 12 times and then it works again. Any solution for me?

(and it's just this "block" it happends too.

I used SRT3 for quite a few months and I had no issue like that, are you sure there's not another mod which you and the other player both use?

Might be a problem of stream memory fix? Downloading that may fix your game.

I think it is Stream Memory indeed.. There is a Cleo mod who fixes it, it's not illegal since  it does only help the streaming. I got the 2GB version which works really good.

Well I only use another mod, and I know he don't have that one!
