Problem Starting SAMP

Well guys i've been all day trying to figure out what is the problem with this. I deleted all the files of the GTA, Also installed again SAMP. But the problem is when i start SAMP And i click on argonath i get this error.



So the problem is that i have uninstalled the game twice and installed again SAMP. I'm using Windows 8 64 bits, last time i was ingame it was 2 days ago and i didn't had that problem, it was same computer and some mods.
But then the other day i wanted to play and i got that error.

Nope, everything still normal on user files

Devin told me once to move the GTA SA folder to another area than it's current when I had the same issue, it helped for me.

It could be cause it''s on Program files (x86) maybe, and you need admin rights to execute it

Did it, still the same, all i do is double click on argonath and the error pops in

It happen at me. Listen: cracked that you have, is f**ked up. Go in google and search for another GTA SA crack. Install it, and after try to enter the game.
If it don't funtion I have nothing to say just IT's imposible.

I'm 100% sure that this is your problem.

If still not working, try deleting your GTA San Andreas folder and install the game again in a different place.

Rename your GTA San Andreas folder to GTA San Andreas 2
