Mic not working on Skype.

Hey guys.

I have this problem. My microphone doesn't work on skype, but it does on TS3, Mumble, raidcall, ventrilo etc. I tried reinstalling skype a few times. Once it worked but only for one call. After the next call it stopped working again.

P.S.
I bought a new headset - Sennheiser PC G4ME 310.

When it doesn't work try to go to your recording settings then find the microphone right click properties and go to a tab I believe is called volume or levels something similar, then look to the right of the microphone volume and make sure it's not muted Skype does that to me sometimes.

Nope. Still not working. Also tried pulling the microphone out of its jack while Skype was on and putting it back into it. No use. Any ideas?

You fucked up settings i guess, when you reinstalled skype there is always to test speakers, cam & mic so did it work then?

Re-installed now skype and i didn't get it too, i guess they remove it from the latest version of skype. -_-

EDIT: Go to options - audio settings and you can test it there:

No, they didn't remove it. I found it out myself. Deleted the Skype folder in %appdata%. Anyways, after those tests mincrophone still not working.

I had front pink in muted in speakers. Now it's detecting the sound and working perfectly.

Oh, thats great that they didn't removed it. Dunno then, it's wierd that mic won't work on skype and that it works on TS etc. Ask someone else. :/
