Excesives mods loading all at once can cause that message, happens when you add some mod textures and then you add other one replacing the same they all gather together and they crash for load at the same time. Try to reinstall your mods If you have textures pack Don't do like install this whole pack and then this other grab the files  as you like and mix them to make just one otherwise you game will gone crazy trying to load everything of your GTA3.img

I Have 1024 mb on stream mem fix.

I have installed HRT 1.3 Texture pack 1st.
Over top of that, I Installed LS,LV,SF Road New Road's
Ontop of that i installed Anri's Skin Pack

How much i fix this?

Thanks for the info but i do not know how to fix it, i mean i used img editor to replace a few hrt items with other road pack ones and i rebuild, isnt the hrt roads gone then? how could it interfere with my new roads?

Install another skin instead of skin ID 282 and rebuild your archive. That skin is corrupted.

It is a skin, as far as I know, you won't lose nothing if you give it a try..

It's A Las Venturas Police Officer Skin, I Replaced it and i still get it, i got it right after i installed hrt1.3
