[SA:MP] Problem connecting to server

Hi guys my friend seems to have a problem connecting to Argonath RPG he is on Sky Internet and using my Old Old account name which i gave him and he cant seem to join the server but I can (Virgin Media) i have used team viewer and skype to try and solve this problem and look at the symptons and it says he is banned with a unbanned account his specs are:

Let's start with the basics. I believe you are talking about Argonath RPG SA:MP server.
1) Was he able to play earlier?
2) Does SA:MP show amount of players and ping?
3) Check firewall. Is SA:MP allowed to connect to the Internet?

When he was at school he allowed me to teamviewer his laptop and no he cant join argonath at all players and ping show for every server and his firewall is disabled alltogether

Just says you are banned. his ip nor route are blocked and my account was made then discarded i litterally never touched it all i did was go to lsch and leave the account for months so i said he can have it because the only assets are the usual starting 10k

There. The account is banned, thereby an unban request must be filled. Any kind of multiaccounting is strictly forbidden.

So helping out a family member/ best friend is forbidden? that is bullshit can you atleast answer why he cant connect using ANY username at all
he as tried the following

and yet non of the names have been made or banned and when it refused to let him join we tried my normal account and still nothing can you atleast help me if you want i would ask him to give you access to his teamviewer just to take a look

Might want to connect a manager(Murt, Cyril, Paul for example), may be caught in a routeblock/ip-ban.

Yes. The only way you can fix this is to contact a SA:MP Manager if you are certain the account shouldn't be banned.
