GTA IV Installation problem

Well I used to play IV long time ago, it was running fine, but now when I try to install it I'm getting problem

When I run the GTA IV installation I get message for Social Club, then I click on "Launch Social Club" and nothing happens, anyone knows the solution?

Doesn't works, it can't be modded since it's just installation.

Hah, found the problem, when I deleted previous IV some files were still there, installation is fine for now, thanks for help tho.
