I tried password from PM it wasn't working saying incorrect, look in your PM plz, i really wanna play again it's been few years and i have withdrawls lol

Explain the problem: - I was playing on my 2nd day on my account of "Chichibung" Without realizing I have another account until one of the admins told me I have this account called "Chichi_Soprano." The reason I don't remember I had this account was that I decided to take a long break, I thought the server reset and everybody started from scratch so I decided to use the username Chichibung as i was kicked from Soprano due to inactivity. Anyway, this is what I was greeted with when going IG with the username Chichi_Soprano =
